Good morning Spelt lovers!
This is my first blog so bear with me! My husband and I love food so in terms of starting a new business together we thought a food type that we could do lots with would be fantastic! Mr Toad (YFC affectionate pet name aka my husband) is definitely the chef in our house filling the me and the terriers up with many a Spelt pizza, an attempt at bread #growernotbaker and also delicious breakfast pancakes. We love to farm and being part of the British agricultural industry producing exceptional quality Spelt wheat makes us both very proud.
